One of the terrific features of The Rights’ Future is the way in which I need to rethink my ideas on the basis of what is said in the course of the responses to my tracks. And we have a very good example of that with Track Six, which dealt with this very difficult question of the universality of human rights – or rather began to deal with it – because it’s something which the project will need to return to time and again. Here is my response to the various remarks that the track stimulated in you all.
