Welcome back to the Rights Future.
Tracks 3 and 4 were, as you know, about foundations – about truth in human rights – and to be honest with you, as many of you have picked up, I’m a little ambiguous on the truth stakes. Not sure whether we can successfully push the idea of truth and foundations to its ultimate, total, competent belief level. But equally, I’m sure that it’s a necessary activity.
What follows are my responses to your judgements about what I said in track 4, and my effort right at the end to push things further than I’ve done up to now.
As you’ll see, I’ve changed some of my points of view, or at least thought more deeply about them. And this constitutes, therefore for me, an example of the kind of partnership that The Rights Future is all about.
