I’m delighted to be introducing a Side Track – the fifth in the series in The Rights’ Future – and it’s by Paul Burnal, and it’s on the implications of the internet for human rights.

As you’ll see, Paul develops a particular thesis or argument, on the extent to which we need a kind of right to access the internet. And he has this interesting argument about the pros and cons of the internet’s effect on our rights culture. So I thought it would be interesting for you all to see what he has to say,
