Four weeks into The Rights Future this is the first of my occasional side tracks. It is adapted from an article I have just done for the Irish Times, explaining what the project is about and outlining the method I am using. When you are reading this, can I ask in particular that you have a think about the process – are their ways the project can be improved, by having guest columns for example, or developing some other new aspects? Are there subjects I am missing out on? Or perspectives that I am over-preoccupied with? This is the first chance for you – the reader and in many ways co-writer – to help me not only with substance but also with form!

The Rights’ Future is a collaborative web-publishing project. Please add your comments & thoughts to each of the Monday posts, and I will respond the following week with my round-up post.
